Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Gabbaphone, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Gabbaphone lets you make outbound voice calls from your web browser using prepaid credit. Call quality may depend on your internet connection and the destination network.

Credits and billing

Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law. Calls are charged per minute, with partial minutes rounded up to the next whole minute.

Phone numbers are billed from your balance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Your balance can never go negative.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Gabbaphone for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harassing calls, or to violate any telecommunications regulations.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to call the numbers you dial and to use any number you verify as your caller ID.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Emergency calling (e.g. 911/112) is not supported.

Limitation of liability

Gabbaphone is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
